25-Days Says It All
The days start with the word “Prajabatan”. It’s the kind of training we (CPNS) have to accomplished in order to leave the letter “C”. It is also done to set our mind (brainwash?!), and form us to be a good civil servant.. Ok.
The first three days were nightmare to me. Literally. I can’t sleep well, i woke up every 2 hours of my sleep. Not to mention the bed, it was Bunk Beds. Three bunk beds for three person in one room. That leaves us with 3 unused bed which is….umm wasteful? The latrines were ok, but have to be cleaned more frequently. So were the showers. And the food gaven was lack of taste, and nutritions. *deep sigh*
As the days gone by, i adjusted with the situations, the facilities, and life seems easier at Pusdiklat (our prajabatan place). The most factor that makes the training worthwhile (beside the class and lectures of course) was my classmate. They made the prajab days fun to spent. Seriously. I’m grateful to be put in that class. They’re bright, smart people. Coming from various background studies, various places, various cultures; those made sharing and discussing things fun and joyful.
And now the days are over. Thinking about going back to my office makes me kinda drowsy (already). I’m missing the days, the classes, the karaoke hours (Room 22!!), the cinemas in class, the Durian (of course), and the night hours we used going out of Pusdiklat in the chase for decent meals :D. I will miss them for sure. As they gave me the new experience, new friendships, new knowledge.
Til we meet again, guys (I’m sure we will) :’)
