My daily horoscope!
Capricorns are natural goal setters. They willingly handle many tasks when it helps them get what they want. Many things are accomplished, because Capricorns always strive to reach higher goals. They need definitive guidelines. Rules and regulations provide the structure they need to establish their own behavioral patterns. They must learn, however, that the end never justifies the means.

Ciao.
Life goes slow on me these days. I seem to have a lot more leisure time than ever. It’s not like i want to be busy all the time, but you know sometimes it feels good to have something to do, someting to work out for. Hmm… Maybe i should renewing my membership at Yoga Leaf Center. Or maybe a cooking class? I’m not sure, haha. Or even better, focusing on my final thesis. -_- And...

The Blind Side
Courage is a hard thing to figure. You can have courage based on a dumb idea or mistake, but you’re not supposed to question adults, or your coach or your teacher, because they make the rules. Maybe they know best, but maybe they don’t. It all depends on who you are, where you come from. Didn’t at least one of the six hundred guys think about giving up, and joining with the other...

They’re Not Zits, But They Rhyme With Them
(Customer walks up to front desk in waiting room area and places kitty carrier on desk.)
Cashier: Hi, do you need an appointment?
Customer: Uh. No. I just need some acne cream for cats.
Cashier: What do you mean?
Customer: (*pulls cat out of carrier and sets on desk*) See? She has acne on her belly.
Cashier: Those aren’t acne. Those are nipples.

What is family? They were the people who claimed you. In good, in bad, in parts or in whole, they were the ones who showed up, who stayed in there, regardless. It wasn’t just about blood relations or shared chromosomes, but something wider, bigger. We had many families over time. Our family of origin, the family we created, and the groups you moved through while all of this was happening:...

Can You Train Your Tongue to Tolerate Spicy Foods?... →
I can’t. I won’t. I’d rather not to. Whatever. Read it anyway in case you’re curious and want to train your tongue to get use to the taste of Jolokia Pepper, haha.

A genius seven-year-old
Sadie: Where do babies come from?
Debbie: Where do you think they come from?
Sadie: Well. I think a stork, he umm, he drops it down and then, and then, a hole goes in your body and there's blood everywhere, coming out of your head and then you push your belly button and then your butt falls off and then you hold your butt and you have to dig and you find the little baby.
Debbie: That's exactly right.
